What to Expect

  • 20 Minutes

    All you need is 20 minutes a day to incorporate gentle joint health and movement exercises. This can be during morning coffee, before/after a workout, or in the evening.

  • Full Body

    Each session will target the full body with an added emphasis on the hips to loosen them up and help relieve tension in the lower back and knees.

  • Accessible

    There will be 2 different routes to choose from based on your fitness level. One path is for beginners and another for intermediate & advanced movers.

I have learned so much during this challenge. The workouts are well put together and can be done in 20 minutes. After 30 days of daily mobility, the way I move and how my body feels is very noticeable. Movements that seemed impossible at the beginning were no longer impossible by the end. What I liked about the program is that it highlighted your deficiencies in movement but it gave you the tools to strengthen and improve those movements. There were several different exercises for specific body parts done on different days. I would take some of these exercises that I thought would help me the best to achieve my goals and I would add some of them to do at the end of each workout. I feel now that I can keep improving and feel that I know how to keep the progress going. I have used other mobility programs, but this one is the best one by far.

This was an amazing experience for me as an older guy with some health issues and being encouraged by my Dr to get moving. The first two and a half weeks I just did the beginner program and to be honest at first it was a challenge. But I kept showing up on my time and doing and I started to see results right away with my hips. Then I ventured into the next level an Oh boy !!! Let me say that again " OH BOY " ... Beyond the physical development that you will surely obtain from it, it is designed to be guided and executed with detail, intention and awareness about your own body, its limitations and points to develop, not only in mobility, but in strength, alignment and flexibility. Without a doubt, it created a habit in me that, due to the results obtained, I will not stop practicing. I have suffered from lower back pain for over a decade and a year ago I was told that I have two extra bones in my neck area. My shoulder pain has been getting worse since then. I have been taking mobility a little more seriously but I have not been consistent until 30 days ago when I started this program with Francheska and my world took a 180 degree turn. When I started this program I already felt that my shoulder, especially the left one, wanted to come out of my body due to the horrendous pain I felt. I really liked the experience, I incorporated several exercises into my routines, I discovered that my knee can do more than I expected. After breaking my knee in 2019 my mobility was not the same, now I know I'm pretty good! Furthermore, each time I managed to improve and do things that I couldn't at the beginning. FAQ

  • how can a separate mobility routine fit into a week filled with other activities when time is limited?

    The purpose of this challenge is to get accustomed to making time for mobility (even if it’s 10-20 mins), whether that be early in the morning, before/after a workout, or in the evening to unwind.

  • Will this be a follow-along workout? Is equipment needed?

    Yes, the challenge will include both follow-along videos and a PDFwith video links. No equipment is needed aside from a soft surface like a yoga mat.

  • After the 30 days, what would be the expected daily commitment to keep the gains?

    Perform mobility exercises daily (add them into your routine or workouts), and to further improve your gains do a minimum of 2-3 mobility sessions per week. And always warm up and decompress!

  • I do not have social media. Can I follow you just by email?

    Absolutely! You can access the challenge videos and material via the online portal.

  • I've seen many programs that assume you already have a decent amount of mobility. Is there a starting point for mobility beginners?

    If you’re a total beginner when it comes to mobility, there will be mobility sequences designed for you to start incorporating daily throughout the challenge to get you started.

  • Is this challenge free?

    The price of the challenge is $29 and you get access to the videos afterward as well.
