I didn’t know it was for people who knew this movements already! I am a Olympic weightlifter and I have exercised for many years and I still couldnt understand the flow of the moments. This discouraged me to continue with the program! I think it would be nice to have some short videos showing the movements!

Specifically, the stretches really helped me unlock my tight hip flexors. My squat depth was markedly better upon returning or the gym. Would highly recommend.
