They are HARD and include some advanced moves with minimal explanation, so they are definitely only appropriate for those familiar with kettlebells and floor work. I'd give 5 stars for more detailed breakdowns, regressions, and links to video tutorials - as it is, solid 4 stars. Enjoyed the workouts.

    I enjoyed some of the program, I was not familiar with many moments and it was really hard to follow only by pictures. I got frustrated and I even tried to look in YouTube for guidance. I didn’t know it was for people who knew this movements already! I am a Olympic weightlifter and I have exercised for many years and I still couldnt understand the flow of the moments. This discouraged me to continue with the program! I think it would be nice to have some short videos showing the movements!

    This program was extremely helpful in maintaining my sanity when all the gyms closed because of COVID 19. It was challenging, required little equipment, but still challenging. Specifically, the stretches really helped me unlock my tight hip flexors. My squat depth was markedly better upon returning or the gym. Would highly recommend.
