After completing her Free 4-Week Bodyweight Program a few months prior, I was beyond excited to try her new course!
As someone who has utilized movement for pain management, i can confidently say, as challenging as the movements may be, they most certainly bring consistent relief.
Her approach to mindful movement will help fine-tune your internal dialogue with your body for sure!
The joint-by-joint & ground-based mobility, along with the decompression exercises are not only great for warm up / cool down, but also just to implement on a daily movement-on-the-go basis.

Moving forward, Francheska's catalog of exercises will most definitely stay in rotation in my yearly training regimen! In fact, there are even moves i will continue to practice during active recovery for the sake of locking down that FLUIDITY!
