Primal Foundations is another intelligent follow-along program these two have put together that will continue you forward in your quest for strength, mobility, centeredness, and grace in your daily lives.     All you need is a single kettlebell and yoga mat.

  • Can I combine the Primal Flow Program with my current training?

    Yes, we will provide you 2 different calendar options to implement the program into your existing regiment.

  • How is this program different from the Primal Flow 1.0?

    This program has more upper and lower body specific strength training and high-intensity cardio, and less movement sophistication and flows, making it more beginner-friendly.
