    I am so pleasantly surprised with the results I gained after only 4-weeks of this workout. I loved it so much I continue using them in my current workouts! I am so much more mobile than I have ever been. My shoulders, hips, and spine are thankful! And I LOVE the overall improvement of my strength in my core and shoulders from the kettlebell workouts. So much that I am successfully able to do yoga poses I could only dream of, like tripod headstand and crow pose!!! I can't wait for the next one!
