I just would start the video over for 4 rounds or 3 or whatever it was so I could follow along, stay on pace and get the body alignment cues, but I wish the whole workout was recorded (even if you just loop the video). There were some movements that I didn't have the mobility for (like the Cosack squat on one side), but there weren't ever any suggested modifications if you couldn't do the full movement or full exercise. I imagine there are a lot of people who don't quite have the strength or mobility for some of those exercises and modifications would have been helpful. Thank you, I enjoyed the workouts and will keep using them. I especially enjoy the type of movement that combines strength and mobility, this is very hard to find.

I also have struggled with lower back pain for the last year and managed to complete the entire Workout A in an hour with very little pain. Totally jazzed for this primal theory of movement!

I am so much more mobile than I have ever been. My shoulders, hips, and spine are thankful! And I LOVE the overall improvement of my strength in my core and shoulders from the kettlebell workouts. So much that I am successfully able to do yoga poses I could only dream of, like tripod headstand and crow pose!!! I can't wait for the next one!
