FAQ

  • Who is this program for?

    This program is beginner-friendly but was designed primarily for levels intermediate to advanced.

  • Are the workouts follow-along or are they just demonstration videos of exercises?

    The workout videos are FULL-LENGTH ranging from 30 to 50 minutes.

  • What equipment do I need?

    All you need is a single kettlebell and yoga mat.

  • Can I combine this program with my current training?

    Yes, follow the format of the beginner calendar provided in the course materials, and swap out Tues/Thurs for your usual training.

  • How is this program different other programs?

    This program will only have Francheska as the coach and will provide you with strength, mobility, and HIIT workouts that build off of similar movements throughout the program to get you feeling strong and confident.
