Loved this work-out! Accessible to all and still challenging for any stage of someone's fitness journey! I worked with a reduced weight for this first time doing it and I am still drenched in sweat. I don't feel defeated...I feel accomplished! I feel like every part of my body got something out of this workout in a healthy way. All too often I hear people wanting to feel broken, sore, and hobbling around after a "hard" workout. I want to feel (AND actually be) stronger and empowered. This is that type of work-out! Love to work Smarter AND Harder! Thank-you!
